Circuits training with Jo: Tuesday's 5:15pm and 6:30pm, Thursday's 6-7pm and Sunday's 11-12:15pm.

Involves endurance training, resistance training & high-intensity aerobics. The most time efficient way to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance.

All exercises are adaptable for all levels of fitness.

New beginners to circuit training very welcome.

£5 per session - cash or bank transfer.
